Icelandair is excitedly anticipating adding the first Airbus A321neoLR aircraft to its fleet, and today took a step closer.
The airline has revealed the first of these aircraft now full painted and approaching its first flight.
This aircraft is to become TF-IAA when delivered to the airline and features the stunning Icelandair livery. It has been painted at Hamburg Finkenwerder following final assembly, and is awaiting installation of its engines.
Wearing the test registration D-AZXZ, it has serial number 12213.
First delivery is expected in November, with four of the aircraft due to be in service by next summer.
