Delta 737-900 routes announced

Delta Air Lines is due to take delivery of its first Boeing 737-900ER aircraft soon.

The first flight anticipated for 3rd November.

Routes initially selected for the new aircraft are all from the airline’s Atlanta base, and include:

• Detroit Metropolitan
• Los Angeles International
• San Francisco
• Tampa International

Delta announced an order for 100 737-900s in 2011, with deliveries running until 2018.
